Compression bags travel in carry-on and checked luggage. If security want to look inside, the bag opens and the pump is right there to close it again.
Yes. The pump is USB-C rechargeable and holds enough charge for a round trip - charge it before you leave and it is done.
Cheap ones need a household vacuum, so they work at home and nowhere else, and the seal usually gives out after a few uses. This has its own pump and a zipper built to be reopened.
Cubes organise. They divide the same volume into tidier parts. This removes volume - it is a different job.
